SOPs your team actually watches.
Build your procedures into short, swipeable step-by-step guides in the format people already scroll all day. You add a clip or image to each step; your team watches in under two minutes.

The problem
Nobody reads the 12-page PDF.
SOPs live in Notion, Confluence, or Word: long text, nested headers, screenshots. On a phone they’re unusable. So people ask a coworker or guess, and consistency slips.
The solution
Make procedures watchable.
Soppable puts each SOP into a short, swipeable sequence, one step at a time, under two minutes total. You add the clips and images; your team watches the way they already scroll, and marks it done.
From document to done in three steps
01
Author in minutes
Add a title, then build it step by step. You bring a short clip filmed on a phone, a screen recording, or an image for each step; AutoAuthor can draft the structure and a quiz so the only manual part is capturing the footage.
02
Publish to the feed
Publish to your organization. The right people see it, grouped by category and audience.
03
Watch and complete
Your team swipes through steps on their phone and marks it done. Managers see who watched what.

Everything a procedure needs, nothing it doesn’t
Vertical video, one step at a time
Each step is a clip or image you add, presented in the format people already understand, not a 12-page PDF.
Completion tracking
See who has watched and completed each SOP, at a glance.
Comprehension quizzes
Add a short quiz to any SOP to confirm people understood the steps, not just watched them. Quiz results sit next to completion records.
Categories & audiences
Target the right SOPs to the right teams; keep the feed relevant.
Roles built for teams
Owners and admins manage, authors publish, viewers consume.
E-signed, versioned, auditable
Every completion records the person’s name, a timestamp, and the exact version they completed. Editing a published SOP creates a new version, and prior versions are retained.
Compliance & audit
Built to hold up when someone asks who did what.
Completions are attestations, not just checkmarks. Here is what that means in practice.
E-signed completions
Every completion records the person’s name, a timestamp, and the exact SOP version they completed. That record is your attestation.
Versioned by default
Editing a published SOP creates a new version and retains prior ones, so you can always show what the procedure said on any given date.
Completion tied to a version
Each completion is attached to the specific version a person watched, so a later edit never quietly reassigns their credit to new content.
Comprehension quizzes
Confirm people understood the steps, not just watched them. Quiz results are stored alongside completion records.
Automatic re-completion prompts when a version changes are coming soon. Formal certifications such as SOC 2 are in progress; contact us for our current data-handling summary.
Built for team-heavy operations
Any operation with procedures worth following consistently.

What is Soppable?
Soppable is a B2B platform for building standard operating procedures as short, swipeable step-by-step guides. You add a video clip, screen recording, or image to each step; your team watches on their phone and marks it complete.
Who creates the video and images?
You do. Soppable is where your procedures live, get watched, and get tracked; you bring the clips, screen recordings, or photos for each step, usually filmed on a phone in a few minutes. AutoAuthor drafts the structure, the steps, what to capture for each, and a comprehension quiz from your notes or a transcript, so the only manual part is capturing the footage. Soppable does not film or edit the footage for you.
How does Soppable handle compliance and audit?
Every completion is an e-signature: it records the person’s name, a timestamp, and the exact SOP version they completed, so you can show who attested to which procedure and when. Editing a published SOP creates a new version, and prior versions are retained, so you can always demonstrate what a procedure said on any given date.
What happens when an SOP changes after people have completed it?
A new version is created and prior versions are retained. Because each completion is tied to the specific version a person watched, a later edit never quietly reassigns their credit to new content; your records show exactly which version each person completed. Automatically prompting people to re-complete when a version changes is on our near-term roadmap.
Is there a comprehension quiz?
Yes. You can add a short quiz to any SOP to confirm people understood the steps, not just watched them. AutoAuthor can draft the quiz for you, and results are stored alongside completion records.
Does Soppable work offline?
Offline playback for low-connectivity environments like warehouses and production floors is coming soon. Today the mobile player requires a connection.
Does Soppable support other languages?
Multi-language SOPs are coming soon. We are building auto-translation and multi-language authoring in AutoAuthor so frontline teams can read procedures in the language they work in.
How is our data handled and is it secure?
Your content is stored securely and access follows your organization’s roles and audiences. Formal certifications such as SOC 2 are in progress; contact us and we will share our current data-handling summary.
How much does Soppable cost?
Soppable is priced per seat, per month. Creator seats (owners, admins, and authors) are $14.95/month and viewer seats are $1.85/month. You mix the seats your organization needs. Rolling out to 50 or more seats? Contact us about volume pricing.
What is the difference between a creator seat and a viewer seat?
Creator seats can author and manage SOPs (owner, admin, and author roles). Viewer seats can only watch and complete SOPs.
